Depending on where you are in your cycle, the position and feel of your cervix will vary. These changes are due to hormonal fluctuations during the different phases of your cycle. By identifying these changes (soft/hard, open/closed, low/high) in your cervix you can then identify when you are ovulating. This video will give you detailed instructions!
