नमस्कार साथियों
यह मशिन एल जी पैकेज एसी है।जो 15 टन का है। जिसमें हमें शिकायत मिली थी कि ए सी पुरा बन्द है लेकिन डिस्प्ले में #CH-21 आ रहा है।अब एल जी पैकेज ए सी में #CH21 आये तो समझिए कि मशिन को एक फेस या दो फेस बराबर नही मिल रहा है।और हुआ भी यही था। लेकिन इस मशिन पर काफी अलग और आसान भाषा में समझाया हुॅ कि #CH21 क्यों आया और उसका हल क्या है?

yah mashin el jee paikej esee hai.jo 15 tan ka hai. jisamen hamen shikaayat milee thee ki e see pura band hai lekin disple mein #chh-21 aa raha hai.ab el jee paikej e see mein #chh21 aaye to samajhie ki mashin ko ek phes ya do phes baraabar nahee mil raha hai.aur hua bhee yahee tha. lekin is mashin par kaaphee alag aur aasaan bhaasha mein samajhaaya huai ki #chh21 kyon aaya aur usaka hal kya hai?

this machine is LG Package AC. Which is 15 Ton. In which we had received a complaint that the AC is completely closed but #CH-21 is coming in the display. Now if #CH21 comes in the LG package AC, then understand that the machine is not getting one phase or two phases equally. And what happened This was also the case.
