Earlier this year i decided to record a 30 day mental health diary. I thought it might maybe inspire people to ask for help, talk more openly about their mental health, especially men or even just give some hope, that even in my most difficult days i am still here and if you want to know doing okay 🤠

There are not 30, as some days i forgot, some i felt too low, some i was too busy, but this is day 1.
