T/Sgt Charles B Rowley, Jr was a RO (Radio Operator)/Top Turret gunner in a B-24 bomber with the 93rd Bomb Group. The 93rd was the oldest 8th AF bomb group. Charles Rowley would fly in B-24's over the German held skies of western Europe. Flying 35 missions, he completed his tour just after his last mission on Christmas Eve 1944 during the Battle of the Bulge.
