When a friend or family member is in need of mental health treatment, it can be difficult to convince them to agree to get help. In this video, I discuss the two most common reasons why people with mental illnesses refuse to seek help.

Video Overview
There are two common reasons why someone refuses to get mental health treatment (even when they need it):
1) They have difficulty recognizing the signs of mental illness in themselves
2) Their mental illness makes it difficult or impossible for them to understand that they have a problem
