In this video I show you what are the two common uses of the biscuit maker.

The biscuit cutter is a tool used in carpentry work to make cuts and joints known as tenons or grooves in pieces of wood. It is also known as a slot milling machine or tenon milling machine.

The biscuit joiner consists of a flat base with a guide for the movement of the workpiece and a motor that drives a cutting disc.

The main purpose of the biscuit joiner is to create grooves in the pieces of wood and then join them by assembling, providing greater strength and stability to the final structure. These assemblies are common in the manufacture of furniture, door and window frames, shelving, and other woodworking projects.
