Meringue roll recipe:
Meringue:
190 g protein (6 eggs)
A pinch of citric acid
1/4 teaspoon salt
250 g powdered sugar
25 g starch

Cream:
150 g cream cheese
100 g cream
20 g powdered sugar
Fresh berries 🍓🫐
Bake the meringue at 100'C / 215 F 60 minutes.
