Ingredients:
One bag 16 oz. soy bean .
One bottle of 24 oz fish sauce.
One cup brown sugar.
Five cloves garlic ( chop).
One shallot ( chop) .
Two tablespoon rice cooking wine.
Two tablespoon cooking oil.
Glass jar .
Note: keep on kitchen counter or in kitchen pantry.
Fermented Soybean will be ready to use for cooking is four weeks.
