5 egg whites
Sugar 160 grams
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
100 grams of boiling water
Coffee 1 tablespoon
140 grams of oil
160 grams of flour
45 grams of cocoa powder
Baking powder 2 teaspoons

مواد لازم:
تخم مرغ ۵ عدد (زرده و سفيده جدا)
شکر ۱۶۰ گرم
وانیل ۱/۲ قاشق چایخوری
آب جوش ۱۰۰ گرم
قهوه ۱ قاشق سوپخوری
روغن ۱۴۰ گرم
آرد ۱۶۰ گرم
پودر کاکائو ۴۵ گرم
بیکینگ پودر ۲ قاشق چایخوری

اين مقدار مواد براى تهيه كيك با قطر ٢٢ تا ٢٤ سانتى متر است يا داخل ٢ عدد قالب ١٨ سانتى
مناسب جهت خامه كشى هست ولى ميتوان به تنهايى با گاناش هم سرو كرد
شيرينى بسيار كمى دارد.
