- Baking Soda (Libu na phool): 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Water: 1 tsp (for mixing)

For Tadka:

- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds: 2 tsp
- Hing (Asafoetida): 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli: 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
