Ingredients

Raw mango pieces - 2 kg
Garlic cloves - 150 gm
Coarsely grounded Garlic paste - 150 grm
Oil - 1/2 kg
Mustard powder - 1 cup
Roasted fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin seeds powder - 2 tbsp
Roasted sesame seeds powder - 250 grms
Mustard seeds - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 200 grms
