Like a lot of people these days, I have not been going to the office and am working from home. Problem - I don't have a desk and working from the kitchen table was getting to be a bit tough. So I made this table to use as a desk in a spare bedroom.
Couple shout outs - thanks to my next door neighbor who is a great woodworker who let me use some glue when I ran out via a "contactless delivery" when it isn't so easy to get to the store... and also to Exotic Lumber in Frederick, MD. They had this "wormy" quarter sawn white oak which fit exactly what I was looking for. Extra awesome that it was cheaper per board feet than regular QS white oak.
The table was finished with Watco danish oil and 5 coats of wipe on poly, which I guess I forgot to add to the video.
One screw and a wasp were harmed during this build.
