In this video I’m introducing how beginners can conceptually start to deal with weeds in their yard. I discuss the three primary ways that you can control weeds, which are to use a pre-emergent herbicide, post emergent herbicide, and simply pulling weeds with your fingers or with a tool. I also provide my thoughts for beginners on whether you should use a granular or liquid product and why I think that way. This video is part of my Level Up series, which is my best effort to walk beginners in taking care of a yard through this journey all the way through being fairly advanced hobbyists. I hope people of all levels can take care can gain something from this series regardless of the current skill level.
