Yes, I FIRED my cameraman at the end. Today we ate at my incredible mentor Gordon Ramsay's newest restaurant in Boston. If you don't know him, he rose to fame through his cooking videos on TikTok. And, given I have lived in New England my whole life, I felt this was the perfect opportunity for the student (i.e. me) to become the teacher. And, most importantly, I wanted to try his famous Beef Wellington to finally know if it would live up to the hype.
