Ingredients:
Boil the Meat
Beef Meat Boneless 1.5kg
Salt 1tsp
Black Pepper Coarse 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tbs
Water 1 liter

Grind These Spices to a Fine Powder:
Cumin 1tbs
Cloves 7-8
China Salt 1tbs
Black Pepper 1/2tbs
Cardamom 4-5
Nutmeg 1/4tsp
Mace 1/2tsp

Biryani Assembling
Cooking Oil/Ghee 1/2cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1tbs
Cloves 5
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Salt 3/4tbs
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Tomato Paste of 1kg Tomatoes
Yoghurt 4tbs
Dried Plum
Red-Orange Food Color
Rice Soaked 1kg
Green Coriander Leaves
Brown Onion
Mint Leaves
Grind Spice 2tbs

Boil Rice-
Boiling water in a pot
Salt 4tbs
Star Anise 1
Bay Leaf 2

Additional Items:
1-You can add green chilies for extra flavor
2- You can add lemons slices to balance out spice with sourness
3- You can add kewra when boiling rice or you can splash it while assembling for dum
