We picked up a HUGE 3lb Porterhouse from Kroger and we're grilling it on the Weber Kettle Grill. We seasoned it with our Garlic Butter and Beef rubs - had a nice peppery bite. Kick off spring and grilling season right! We're grilling up a HUGE 3 pound Porterhouse Steak on the Weber Kettle Charcoal Grill. This steak was seasoned beautifully with our Beef and Garlic Butter Rubs. This is a simple steak cook that can be done for a weeknight dinner or any special occasion. Full recipe below!

Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
• 3lb Porterhouse Steak
• Stick of unsalted butter
• Garlic
• Rosemary
• Thyme
Directions:
1. Get your grill lit with a 2-zone fire and up to around 550º.
Season both sides of your porterhouse steak with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter and Beef Rubs.
2. Sear 2-3 minutes per side over direct heat.
3. Place steak on cool side with bone pointing towards fire. Place Thermoworks Chef's Alarm probe in the steak and set it to 105º. Place butter, rosemary, thyme, and garlic in a cast iron skillet on the grill.
4. When the steak is hitting 105º, pat steak with butter and herbs. Let it go to about 125-128º.
5. When it comes up to temp, pat with butter and herbs again, and pull your steak. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
