At the Cosford Air Show 2024, the BFBS team caught up with our Regional Employer Engagement Director, Phil Sinclair.

They chatted to Phil to find out about his role and the Armed Forces Covenant, and why it is important for employers to support employees who are part of the Armed Forces community. He also explains how employers can benefit from incorporating and encouraging the skills and qualities Reservists and service personnel can bring into the civilian workplace.
