Hi Friends,
This past week I've been feeling overwhelmed, or simply put just under the weather. Today I'm sharing with you some things I like to do in my daily routine to help me reset my mood, leading to a (hopefully) more productive day.
Remember, we shouldn't stress out so much on checking all the boxes of our daily tasks, rather, focus on the present and things that make us joyful.

2 servings of noodles (Udon, Taiwanese sliced noodles, even maybe ramen?)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (if you like cilantro I suggest amping it to even 1 cup!)
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup oil
1 dried chili pepper* (optional for the oil to make it even more spicy
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
