Full review of this guitar is now live!    • This budget 7 string guitar CAN'T be ...

This is the Jackson Special Edition JS22-7 DKA-M 7 string electric guitar. Why special edition? Well, I believe it's only sold at Musician's Friend & Guitar Center.

NOTE: this is not a review! This is an unboxing and first impressions video with a short demo. Subscribe to the channel for the coming full review and demo!

This is the cheapest 7 string electric guitar money can buy. How'd Jackson do it? I don't know, man, they just said to themselves "let's sell an affordable 7 string" and then they made it happen. Twice actually, since they have two similar but different models.

Usually they're around $200 but I got this one for $150 on sale.

Before I started Art of Shred I had the other cheap JS22-7, the DKA HT model. I liked that one, but the pickups were muddy. The pickups on this one are also kinda muddy, but you know what I'm gonna do? Mess with some EQ and see if I can get more clarity out of them for when I officially review this guitar.

Anyway, how'd this one do? Out of the box were there any sharp or high frets? What do I immediately like? What don't I like? Watch the video!
