On this box truck build, I decided to purchase an all-in-one Chinese diesel heater. They have gotten really compact and I have the space where I don't need to locate the fuel pump and tank separately.

I was very impressed with the time savings over having to install each component separately. I definitely recommend this path if you have the space.
