Hello, fellow dividend investors. Happy Tuesday. I hope everyone is having a great green day in the market. You know I always wish the best for my viewers and subscribers. Today, we had a little bit of red, which just means we have some possible deals. Realty income is a bit below my average cost right now, so I'd definitely add to it here. Altria is up over a thousand dollars, weird to see it in the green. It'll be paying us over three hundred dollars this month. I'll be adding that to our Apple position. Coca-Cola is still overpriced, in my opinion. I want to add to my favorite soda company but not at these prices. Apple is above my average but still in a comfortable buying range for me. Eventually, Apple will be my biggest position. Abbvie is up over a one hundred percent return. I plan on holding for the very long term. Visa is at a great price right now. I'll take advantage if possible. Trow Price is also in a nice buying range, I added last month, and I may add again soon. I owe myself seven berkshire shares now eventually I'll get even on my debt!
