During the construction of the HMS Thorn ( SWAN CLASS ) I first came across this problem when i had to install the internal planks. Although i had purchased screw clamps before which i used successfully on plank on frame models these would could not be used on a fully framed model. After researching the internet i decided to develop my own using the best features of other clamps i found. Over time i am sure i will modify and improve these units.
