Did you know it's very important for your dog to have door manners and not just rush out the door when you open it. The main reason for this is safety. You wouldn't want them darting out a door and getting hit in the street. You wouldn't want them darting out the door and chasing after somebody down the road. Dogs need to know when it is okay and when they are allowed to enter through doorways or any type of threshold, honestly.
