So I have sat on this video for over a year now as this was not a public release, nor was I planning on giving it out ~ but I feel its time for me to at least make the video public as I am no longer playing this game and I know their interfaces have change a fair bit so it would no longer work - also their measures to stop bots was interesting and felt it was worth mentioning,

If there is one thing I hate about fishing in MMOs is having to stand around and wait for visual / audio queues to then press keys, and as a software engineer it becomes overwhelmingly impossible not to write applications to do these sorts of menial tasks

I must admit, this was one of the more interesting ones I have seen, as the devs tried a number of methods to stop botting, from moving text to introducing visual background noise,

the applications general function included:
Implementation of text recognition to understand when to cast, collect etc.
Multi-sample (at least 20 over a given period) of the letter groups to be able to get an average and apply high pass / low pass filter out that moving background - all in all it was really effective - for some reason from time to time it would straight out fail to see the letters - but this was rare so I never bothered to fix it, you will see a couple examples of this within the video

Slider Bars:
Slider 1 controlled the millisecond offset on the timing game
Slider 2 controlled the casting power
