1987_08_13 - This is a place in the heart of Downtown Flint that was based around a portion of the Flint river. Vast structures made of concrete provided lots of stomping ground with waterfalls of every kind, hi and low. This is an example of what a city can do, until GM abandoned us and the thugs started littering,... tagging,... letting their dogs bark all day,... calling their women bitches,... teaching their children how to twerk,... killing eachother,... and watching MTV and VH1 all day.

The date seems to be correct, but I do not know for certain. If anyone has anything from this event, any paperwork, newspaper, video, or memorabilia that we can use as proof of date, please let me know!
