Changing the rotors on my 2000 Dodge Dakota and noticed the bump stop had started to disintegrate. I tried to touch it and it fell apart in my hands.
Looking at replacing them would cost me about $70.
So I decided to test out the Jeep upper bump stops for about $17 on Amazon.
When delivered, they appeared to be larger, so I figured I could just cut them down. Here is what happened.
This should be the same on 2WD 1997-2004 Dodge Dakota.
