Coach Leo teaches this moderate intensity workout with Tabata-style intervals and classic boxing combinations specifically geared for wheelchair users including paraplegics and tetraplegics with some arm function. WHAT YOU NEED:
water for hydration
long bar (such as a broom handle) and/or resistance bands for stretching
straps or tape to hold weights if needed
light dumbbells (2-5kg) or similar hand-held weights like filled water bottles, soup cans, etc.
