This is the best roasted lamb shanks in a woodfired oven. Such an easy lamb shanks oven recipe that you could do in your kitchen oven. I am so impressed with these lamb shanks they were so tender.

Cooking time :- Min searing the Meat on the open fire then wrapped with alluminium foil for 3 Hours @ 140 Degrees Celcius / 285 Degrees Farenheit.

Spices:-
1tbsp Garum
2tbsp Favourite beef spices
1tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1tbsp Oregano
1tbsp Garlic powder
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp peri peri Aromat spice
2tbsp Ground Pepper
1tbsp Cumin powder
1tbsp Mixed herbs



This is so easy - you can do this at home like a legend.
