Every scene featuring the singer Issay, mainly known for the jrock/visual kei Japanese band Der Zibet, from episode 2 of あいつがトラブル (aitsu ga toraburu) aired December 9th 1989. According to the limited information I could find, Issay was 27 years old when this episode first aired (and possibly even 26 years old depending on when this was filmed). Unless you know some basic Japanese, finding info (and even the episode itself depending on where you live in the world) of this show is actually surprisingly hard. Unfortunately, my Japanese is still not even good enough to translate the scenes in this so if someone wants to help out I would be more than grateful.
As an FYI, I'm uploading this for Issay fans out there since, like I said before, the episode can be hard to find and few scenes of it have been uploaded on Youtube.
