On 5/26/19 the Houston Fire Department was dispatched to 1710 Polk St. for a High-Rise on fire. Upon arrival, there was heavy smoke and flames coming from the top floor of a parking garage in the area. A 2-11 alarm was called and the fire was extinguished shortly after.
