Lovely to have an excuse to really play this waltz again. My piano teacher Phyllis Palmer insisted the chords had to be split like this when I first learned it but I haven’t been able to find anyone else who seems to play it that way.

However, with grateful memories, I’ll keep doing it her way. She always turned out to be right and I learned to stop arguing eventually.
