Today we are presenting one of the most famous rajasthani special malai ghever sweet recipe.
It has traditionally been associated with the month of Sravana and the festivals of Teej and Raksha Bandhan.Ghevar's origins may be traced back to the royal courts of Rajasthan, when chefs produced this delicacy for the Maharajas. It later made its way to the common people of Rajasthan and India. Ghevar is a disc-shaped sweet cake made from flour and ghee and soaked in sugar syrup.To prepare a batter, mix flour, ghee, milk, and water. The batter is then put in ghee in the shape of a disc and fried until golden honeycomb-like.Saffron, spices, and nuts are commonly used toppings.Ghevar might be simple, mawa, or malai. Ghevar is commonly served with rabdi or soaking in sugar-water syrup.

1 litre Full Fat Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Rose Water
2 pinches Cardamom Powder
300 gms Sugar
3/4 cup Water
7-8 Ice Cubes
50 gms Melted Ghee
1 cup Flour
1.5 cups Ice cold Water
2 drops Lemon Yellow Food colour(optional)
