Join Dr Louisiane Ferlier to explore the pages of the Royal Society's 17th century anatomical flap book, AKA Johannes Remmelin's 1619 'Catoptrum Microcosmicum'. 👂👃👅👁

It is a medical volume composed of hundreds of individually printed flaps allowing you to delve deep inside the human body. The book has recently undergone conservation and digitisation, allowing every flap to be folded back digitally on our Turning the Pages platform https://ttp.royalsociety.org/ttp/ttp....

The Royal Society is a Fellowship of many of the world's most eminent scientists and is the oldest scientific academy in continuous existence.
