Based on my observations, the Multi-Function Steering Wheel Control plug has only 10 pins instead of the necessary 12 pins. However, this issue can be easily resolved by ordering and replacing the plug with a 12-pin alternative. When placing the order, make sure to specify that you require the 12-pin plug.
