24th August 2023 I went to hospital in Australia to have an SMX (single mastectomy), following the diagnosis of breast cancer in my left breast.

I expected to need chemotherapy, but instead went straight onto Tamoxifen.

10 weeks after surgery we decided to take a short 28-day trip to the Philippines to see what it would be like travelling as a cancer thriver.

In this video I will share my experiences trying to travel in the Philippines on a whole-food plant-based diet.

I will also share advice on what I wish I'd taken with me.
