Pulihodara podi : coriander seeds 2 hand full(25 GMs ) redchilli 5 no’s ,asefotida 1 teaspoon , fenu Greek 1 teaspoon. Pulikachal : tamerind size of a lemon (50gms) mustard 1 teaspoon red Chilli 3 no’s asefotida 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon. tempering: Urud dal 2 teaspoon, Bengal gram dal 2 teaspoon , roasted peanut 25 GMs , cashew nuts 10 no’s , curry leaves 2 springs gingely oil 3 teaspoon. Rice : Cooked rice or sadam vadichathu 1 cup ( 200 GMs or 1 azhaku) salt to taste
