Building Services company called me in after one of the complex tenants reported their toilets & showers not draining.

I arrived, checked the upstream toilets & yes they were blocked. I then checked the gully trap at the front of the tenancy & found it was also blocked so this was the right place to start.

I used the jet to open up the blockage & get the system running, & then gave it a precise clean out with the Ridgid K9-204 FlexShaft machine.
