Celebrating the grand opening of 57 new affordable homes! A housing and health hub located in the heart of Live Oak, MidPen Housing partnered with Dientes Community Dental and Santa Cruz Community Health to create a 3.6-acre state-of-the-art campus that includes a 20,000 square foot primary care center, an 11-chair dental clinic, and 57 new affordable homes.
