In 2020, we manufactured the first prototypes of our new blisk demonstrators at the Fraunhofer IPT. Blisk manufacturing is one of the most challenging manufacturing tasks. Designing a stable process requires experience and supporting process simulation and monitoring solution which we develop at Fraunhofer IPT. The knowledge generated from this challenge can also be transferred to other machining tasks.
