This Ps4 was with full of dust,may be it had kept in dusty area all the air vents were blocked the main issue was overheating,we disassembled the PS4 found that the heatsink paste was all gone so cleaned the PS4 with painting Brush and Installed a new heatsink paste the problem is fixed and working absoultely fine.
