Today I discuss a concept that I refer to as the theory of momentum. I discovered this concept through my personal experiences, finding that it's easier to maintain positive habits if you remain consistent with them, but as soon as you become lenient, it suddenly becomes much harder to return to the habit. I provide some advice on how to overcome these challenges and improve the quality of your daily life.
