पोहा वडे बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ कप जाड पोहे
• ४ चमचे तांदळाचं पीठ
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• किसलेलं गाजर
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Poha vada made like medu vada turns out perfectly crispy and crunchy. These are instant medu vada made from poha. You don’t need to soak dal, blend it and beat well. We are not even using baking soda. This is a very easy and simple recipe. These look perfectly like medu vada and taste just awesome. These can be made from the ingredients those are easily available in your pantry. These remain crunchy for long time. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 2 cups thick Poha / Flattened rice
• 4 tsp Rice flour
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Grated Carrot
• Finley chopped Coriander leaves
• Finely chopped green chili
• Grated Ginger
• Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp Chat masala
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Wash pohe really good 2-3 times with water and soak in enough water for about 5 minutes.
• You can use thin poha in place of thick one.
• Drain all the water from soaked poha and mash well with hand.
• Add rice flour, onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, red chili powder,
coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, chat masala and mix everything well together.
• You can add mashed bread in place of rice flour.
• You can add veggies according to your choice.
• You can add ginger-green chili-garlic paste too.
• Knead it like dough. Add a little water if needed.
• Take small portion from the dough and roll it like medu vada.
• You can make small vadas or flat vadas or nuggets or bhajis too.
• You can keep the vade ready and fry when needed.
• Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and drop vada in hot oil.
• After frying vade for about 2-3 minutes from one side, flip them over and fry well from other
side too.
• When vade are fried well from both sides take them out, drain excess oil and transfer into a
dish.
• Poha vada is all ready.
• You can have then as it is or with chutney or sauce.
