1. Nafeez rice : 300 gm(soak for 30 minutes)
2. Potato : 5 big size, boil in pressure cooker, add little salt and turmeric. Add 1 cup water, and boil with two whistles.
Biriyani masala :
3. Star annes : 1/2
4. Mace : 1/2
5. Kebab chini(allspice) : 10 nos
6. Jaifal(nutmeg) : 1/4
7. Shajeera(caraway seed) : 1 tsp
8. cardamoms : 4 nos
9. White pepper corn : 1 tsp
10. Cloves : 10 nos
11. Cinnamon : 1 " long, two nos
12. Black pepper corns : 1/2 tsp
13. Red chilli : 1 nos
14. Bay leaves : 2 nos
15. Black cardamoms : 1
Dry roast them and make a powder.

Make another masala separately:
16. Cardamoms : 10 nos
17. Mace : 2 nos
Dry roast and make a powder of the above two.

Making the biriyani rice:
Take big size sauce pan and add adequate water. Now add in water:
18. Cloves : 4 nos
19. Bay leaves : 2 nos
20. Mace : 2 nos
21. Cinnamon : 2 nos
22. Cardamoms : 2 nos
23. Salt : 3 tsp
Mix them well and boil the water with high flame. Now add the rice. Boil the rice 80% with high flame.
24. Paneer : 300 gm
25. carrot : 2 nos
26. Ghee : 1 tbsp
27. Refined oil : 1 tbsp
28. Chopped tomato : 2 medium size
29. Cumin seed powder : 1 tsp
30. Biriyani masala : 2 tsp
31. kashmiri red chilli : little bit
32. Salt : According to taste
33. Keora water : 1 tsp
34. Rose water : 1 tsp
35. Mixture of 1 pinch of Zafran, little food colour with 2 tbsp warm milk
36. Ghee : 1 tbsp
