Heister House Millworks utilizes three types of Weinig moulders to ramp up their production. For quick changeovers, small runs, and frequency-repetitive jobs, they use the Weinig Powermat 1500. For heavier work, Heister House employs a Unimat 818 and a Powermat 2400 for heavier moulding profiles, s4s, and hardwood flooring. They recently implemented a high-speed Hydromat 3000 for large runs like large quantities of door jambs to expand shop capacity. Their toolroom boasts over 1200 moulding profiles that can easily be reproduced on their Rondamat 1000 CNC. From baseboards to chair rail moulding, custom profiles, door casing, and more, Heister House can do it all.
