During our stay in Grand Cayman, we posted up at the Palm Heights Hotel. An absolutely incredible beach with clear water, minimal waves. A pool area, complete with hammocks and cushioned loungers. Three restaurants on site, a rooftop for movies and yoga. My absolute favorite part was the sparkling water on tap. Was a great stay, will revisit!
