Riley Keough, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, recently spoke with Oprah Winfrey about her family life.

During their talk, Riley opened up about her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, who had been working on a memoir before she passed away. Lisa Marie had shared many stories about her life, and after her death, Riley decided to continue her mother’s work on the memoir.

While discussing her mom, Riley stayed calm but got emotional when Oprah brought up Lisa Marie's marriage to Michael Jackson. Oprah mentioned how Lisa lived in both Graceland and Neverland, and Riley agreed, saying her mom was "obsessed" with Michael. She shared how her mother would always get excited when Michael visited, hurrying to get dressed up for him.

Oprah then played a recording of Lisa Marie talking about Michael, where she mentioned how he always showed a deep interest in people and made them feel special. Hearing her mother's voice made Riley tear up, not because of the words, but the emotions tied to her mom's voice.

The conversation also touched on Lisa Marie's feelings about her own father, Elvis Presley. In the memoir, Lisa Marie wrote about how powerful her father seemed to her as a child and how hard it was to cope with his death.

Riley also talked about her brother, Benjamin, who sadly took his own life in 2020. The memoir revealed that their mother kept Benjamin's body at home for two months after his passing, as there was no law requiring immediate burial in California.

This conversation showed how much love and loss Riley and her family have faced.
