Do you clean your toilet regularly? But surely not with washing powder, right? You should actually do that more often in the future! Because in this video I'll show you the benefits of cleaning the toilet with washing powder!

To clean the toilet with washing powder, you should first flush once, so that the toilet is slightly damp. Then you dump about half a cup of washing powder into your toilet, so that there is really something of the washing powder everywhere. Then wait for about 15-20 minutes, during which time the washing powder can develop its full cleaning effect.

Why does this work so much better with washing powder than with toilet cleaner? Surfactants, the most important components of detergents, cause dirt and deposits to come off. Water softeners in the detergent also remove limescale and urine scale. And the antibacterial bleaching agents in washing powder also benefit the toilet. That's why cleaning with washing powder in the toilet works so well.

When the soaking time is up, all you have to do is wipe through the toilet once more with the toilet brush and then flush once. And already the toilet should shine again and everything looks really nice and clean!
