People with CKD. Diff stages. So one shoe does not fit all so must be individualized
Based on labs stage potassium phosphate fluid status

Vegetables 👍✅
May boil Ist and throw the water and add vegetables to curry
Bell pepper. Green and red Shimla
Cauliflower Ghobi
Cabbage
Garlic. Lassan and ginger
Onions
Cucumber Kheeray
Asparagus
Spinach. Unless potassium or stone , good since antioxidants 🎈
Carrots or reddish
Green beans or peas Sabz cahanay and mutar

Potato./tomato.... too much potassium BUT can leach out by keeping in water

Avoid high potassium fruits like dry mangoes oranges and bananas etc

Skinless chicken
Fish and chicken better.
Plant based protein even better. Daal and beans. Can eat with rice or roti. All have same amount of protein. Rinse in water ??
Red meat associated with 40% increased risk of CKD in a study done in Singapure 2016 but any allowable meat is ok. Use the one with less fat. Thin and lean cuts cuts.
