Give me incredible special effects, mix in some well-balanced human drama, and throw in some insanely horrifying spectacles, and I’ll be happy. Godzilla Minus One easily ticks all the boxes and then some. My only regret is not having seen this movie on the big screen. It deserves a theater experience and, well, I missed the boat on that one.

However, Netflix has surprised us all by releasing the film on its streaming platform in the last week, so you can be thankful that you won’t have to scroll through endless categories to find the film to watch this weekend. Look no further than Godzilla Minus One, and make sure you check the audio settings to watch the film in its original Japanese format.
