The IEC is calling on the Electoral Court to decline MK Party's withdrawal of the legal bid to have the May 29th election outcomes set aside. The MK party claimed that the elections were not free and fair, and alleged to have evidence to prove the polls were rigged, but withdrew this bid last week.
